Our unique 12-credit, four-course certificate adds policy-informed, justice-oriented context to your MSW studies. Examine how diagnoses, stigma, bias, and systems have been constructed, regulated, and challenged over time. Come away with the ability to employ ethical decision-making, reflective practice, and self-awareness to advance inclusive, affirming, and sustainable direct practice with neurodiverse populations.

Graduate study is an investment. That’s why we offer generous merit scholarships. Awards are based on your admissions application and are announced when you’re accepted.

Through our Scholar Partner Program, MSW students are guaranteed internships upon acceptance to the MSW program, meaning you won’t have to spend time on extensive research and compete for internships. One Scholar Partner, Threshold Programs, provides a transformative on-campus experience for neurodiverse young adults, and includes a paid job for MSW students and additional scholarship support (placements are limited). These internship placements often pave the way for full-time employment opportunities after completing the Master of Social Work degree.

A built-in cohort of peers builds a strong sense of community as you all work toward your Master of Social Work degree. Hands-on support from faculty and fellow students makes your educational journey a richer, more fulfilling experience. And you’ll cultivate a network that you can rely on throughout your career. You’ll also have access to exclusive career fairs and personal/professional development events.
